About the Founder
Niharika Kothari is an Electrical Engineer by Education and has been involved in the family business for over 20 years. She has worked in many fields including Manufacturing, Trading and Agriculture and has experience in international trade. She is based in Addis Ababa and Dubai and has been handling the business in Ethiopia, Djibouti and Dubai.
Nakshatra Ventures Limited, under her leadership, has established a dynamic platform empowering African youth to tackle critical issues such as climate change, food insecurity, and unemployment through innovative creative projects. With over three years of experience at the helm, she has focused on fostering impactful collaborations and sustainable solutions that address pressing global challenges.
As a promoter of a trading house and a manufacturing company, she has cultivated expertise in business strategy and market expansion across diverse industries such as plastics, paper, and chemicals. Her mission is to leverage entrepreneurial energy to create scalable opportunities that contribute to economic growth and environmental sustainability.
